Tales from the Crypt is a horror TV series hosted by the crypt keeper, a zombie (voices by John Kassir) who pops out from his coffin at the beginning of each show “Hello, Boils and Ghouls”… and introduces the episodes. The title was based on the 1950s comics series of the same name.

I don’t remember any of the episodes, i just remember that it was really, really scary for a kid in the 80s… starting with the intro :
The show was firstly aired in 1989 on the premium cable channel HBO… it was 22 years ago.

The opening theme : (warning, the song get easily stuck in your head)
The show was firstly aired on ABC in 1992, 19 years ago.
As a kid, I loved this videoclip… semi cartoon, semi video. The pencil-sketch animation is called rotoscoping and the video won six awards ! The song was written by the norwegian band (yes A-ha is a norwegian band…) and reached the top position of the charts all over the world.

It was in 1985, 26 years ago… yes, you’re that old
